General Requirements:
Must be 21 years of age
Must have 1 year OTR verifiable experience
Must have HAZMAT endorsement
No DUI/DWI, any Postive Drug Test or Felonies

Weekly Pay

Team drivers with different years of experience should add the two 'per driver' rates together to determine the combined team rate.

Other Pay:
Stop off Pay: $25.00 paid to the truck.
Breakdown Pay: $25.00 per driver per day after 24hrs.
Layover Pay: $25.00 per driver per day after 24hrs.

Group Health Plans: Employees can participate in benefit plans after 60 days of continuous employment. Major medical provided by Blue Cross Blue Shield. Dental provided by Metlife.

Aflac products are available.

Orientation Pay:
$50.00 per driver per day. Transportation provided or reimbursed. Lunches are provided. Lodging is provided for drivers that live in excess of 70 miles from Columbus, IN. Orientation is generally 3 days depending on size of class.

Driver Referral Program:
Referring driver will be paid .01 cent per mile for 6 months for mileage generated by referred driver(s).

Home Time:

3 weeks out = 3 days off

4 weeks out = 4 days off

For each additional week out you earn 1 additional day off.

No more than 5 days off unless approved by management.
